Three years ago, we at Elite Hotels of Sweden launched our ambitious hotel venture – Ad Astra by Elite at the beautiful Snäckviken in Södertälje.

The spa reception is the hub of Vana Spa Snäckviken, and it is often here that guests have their very first and last contact with us.

The work in our spa reception consists of – among other things – check-in & check-out, upselling, planning, staffing the spa bar, serving food & drinks, handling the switchboard and emails, as well as bookings, general concierge service, and keeping the spa lounge and reception area in top condition.

Experience in hotel reception work and very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is a minimum requirement. Training in our spa system B4T, the hotel system HMS, and restaurant systems WaiterAid & Open will be provided on-site.

The working hours for spa receptionists working day & evening shifts are primarily between 08:30 – 22:30 and until 01:30 on Fridays and Saturdays. Work every other weekend is included. Salary according to HRF's & Visita's collective agreement.

The position in question is part-time, 20%.
